A vast array of courses are reinforced by a wide range of enrichment and extra curricular activities, all of which focus on providing a very rich student centred learning environment. Students are able to access a Dance Troupe, Drama and Music ensembles as well as participating in festival, exhibition and performance events. Enhancement of student learning extend beyond the classroom through clubs and professional work shops such as Debating, Mathematics, Science, etc. These are provided to ensure that students requiring extension or support in their endeavours are catered for. Workshops with industry professionals and professional performances are integrated into our programmes to ensure our students are exposed to cutting edge arts practice.
Annual Arts opportunities include: Art Club, Dance Troupe, Senior and Junior Concert bands, Strings and Jazz ensembles, Choirs at both a Senior and Junior level, Instrumental programme, Drama productions, Arts Nights, Dance Night, The Big Gig, Cultural Festival, Solo Music Festival, Catholic Schools Performing Arts Festival, Out of the Frame, Angelico and College Art Exhibitions. Previous professional work shops have included: Film and Television acting, Stage Make up, Stage Combat, Acrobatics, Contemporary Dance, Puppetry, Mask work, Mime, and Theatre Sports, Production and Design, Spanish, Contemporary and Jazz Dance.
All these Enrichment Activities aim to satisfy the hunger for students learning. Students enjoy participating in activities outside the college such as Tournament of Minds, Overseas Exchange programmes and myriad of sporting activities.
