Contract commencing 14th of August 2017

Applicants for this position must demonstrate the capacity to provide successful educational leadership through:
1. Successful teaching experience with the capacity to initiate improvement in teaching, learning and classroom practice.
2. Ability to develop and implement the International Baccalaureate strategic plan, in accordance with the International Baccalaureate Organisation, School Curriculum and Standards Authority, Mercy Education Ltd and Catholic Education Western Australia guidelines.
3. Exhibits a personal commitment to professionalism. The demonstration of resilience when meeting challenges is also relevant to this criterion.
4. A demonstrated ability to communicate clearly to a varied range of audiences and negotiate persuasively is critical to this role.
